Experience the legendary training grounds of Iten, where altitude meets excellence. Our 14-day running program combines high-altitude training sessions with expert coaching, recovery protocols, and cultural immersion. Train on the same dirt roads as Olympic champions, learn from local coaches who have produced world record holders, and push your limits at 2,400 meters above sea level.

This program is designed for runners of all levels - from beginners looking to build endurance to competitive athletes preparing for marathons. Each day includes structured training sessions, recovery work, and time to explore the breathtaking Kenyan highlands.
